Most gyms are not designed to support kids on their fitness or health journeys. As former youth, college, and pro athletes, our team of trainers and instructors recognize the importance of teaching kids a passion for health and fitness at an early age.

We work to promote a healthy understanding of nutrition, wellness, and exercise so that your child will have a lasting value for fitness, sports, and training.

Fitness for Every Age

What makes our kid’s group fitness classes in Charlotte, NC unique?

We create each class around the understanding that every child is at a different stage of development and skill when it comes to fitness. We focus on making each class fun for everyone while giving our students the opportunity to develop new skills and learn new techniques that they will carry with them throughout their lives.

All classes are 1 hour long and run for 4 or 6 weeks, allowing you to schedule your workout to coincide with your child’s fitness!

There is an activity for every age, skill level, and goal! Every child in our kids group fitness classes will gain strength, knowledge, and motivation, recognizing that fitness can be fun.
