Jay

Strength Trainer


Jay is one of our Strength Coaches here at Trifecta. He has been with us for one year coming from New York prior to moving to Charlotte. Jay preaches that exercise has changed his life. As a former Collegiate Baseball Player, he has enjoyed training and competing since childhood.


Despite his love for baseball, Jay found out that being an athlete helped him through anxiety, depression, and improved his overall health. Coach Jay believes that sport and exercise is the best tools to build a stronger body and support better health. He has now dedicated his life to personal training and helping people achieve their best body and mind.


His priority is to help people achieve their goals in a safe and effective manner. Outside of working with athletes, Jay has also helped clients transition after physical therapy, pre and postnatal, and weight loss.
