What services do you offer?

We offer services for both adults and youth as well as combined classes so you can work out with your kids. We also offer programs for personal training, basketball, baseball, softball, weight lifting, birthday parties, and football training.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are offered in 30 and 45-minute time blocks.

Who are your trainers?

All of our trainers are ex-pro athletes, collegiate baseball players, and high school /college coaches. 

How much are sessions?

We have packages that customers can choose from. Our packages range from 4, 8, or 12 sessions.

How to Schedule:

You can purchase single sessions or packages of sessions. To schedule:

  1. Select the page for the type of lessons you would like to book. In the booking section on the page, choose your preferred type of session and your instructor and click search.
  2. Select your preferred time for your first (or only) session. Click Next.
  3. Log into our system or create an account. Choose whether you would like a single session or a package of sessions.
  4. Complete your enrollment.
How do I schedule an appointment?

You will book each appointment through our Mind-Body App or you can schedule appointments through text with your trainer.
