  • Description of Program:

    Each week registered 1st through 8th graders will participate in either a 1-day, 3-day, or 5-day program.
    Programs will be age and skill based with classes basically broken down into 1st - 5th & 6th - 8th grades.
    The 1st - 5th grades (Rookie Program) is to be primarily focused on the buildings blocks essential to youth development and preparation for participating in sports activities, and general overall health.
    The 6th - 8th grades, (Minors Program) will be more focused on the buildings blocks essential to youth development and preparation for participating in sports activities, and general overall health.
    In both programs, the instructors/trainers will focus on warm-up/cool down, speed / agility / strength / conditioning, baseball & softball skills, and include nutrition training classes. Even though the program provides introduction to baseball / softball/Basketball the training is useful for most sports activities.
    Group 1 will be held from 4-5:30 pm and Group 2 will be held from 5:30pm-7pm. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday and Friday will be operating program days.Only 100 participates will be accepted in this program. More can be found on the programs below....

    1 Day a week ages 10-18yrs Old $40/week or month $160
